Connection problems

First of all, HI to all who know me : )

Feels good still being on this forum.

Now to my problem. Since mid June I have been unable to connect to the perfect world MY-EN ORACLE server. I had recently contacted the support team and my ISP, but on my side everything seems ok. I have tried all sorts of IP changes in serverlist and tried direct connections without any protection software running. My client can patch normaly and is at its final version. Tried reinstalling it numerous times. It seem I am unable to reach the servers as my ping does not return any results. Here is my tracert:

Thank you ice. I have probably done all from the list in the thread you provided. Maybe i should start praying to the gods of internet and perfect world -.-. Who wants to be the first noble sacrifice ^_^
I have hopes that things will get resolved after the merger.
